can't see Chat

Hello all, i downloaded GTA SA from here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=awGjafkXHsk

my poblem is whene i connect IG i can't see chat , ii pressed all FX but doesn't working.. Please help

The Devloper of Sa-mp suggere to download sa-mp R1
