[HELP] problem whene i want Install GTA SA

Hello all as i sayed, i've a problem whene i run GTA sA (installatio) it say that:

traduction: it sayed:
the program detected a problem:
Please please close all used programes
clean your temporaly folders
verifie your connexion internet

Did you downloaded my gta torrent?? :sratch:

to avoid this , the best way is to download the torrent !
and folow the README !
that can hapen if you dont have te corect versions (of the requered softwers)

no i've all requirements, and, it is a new CD , it shown me this Error(i can't download torrent because it download with Media get/me i need download with my IDM it download very fast)
